You should have a post-secondary degree from a recognized
institution and some work experience in order to be accepted in the Certificate
and Diploma programs. To enroll in the Master Degree program, you must meet
the graduate admission requirements of The Pennsylvania State University.
Certificate and Diploma programs must be completed before applying to have
their credits accepted by the University.
