The tuition for IHRDC Certificate
Programs, which includes registration, administration, instructional
content, mentoring by IHRDC faculty and, as required, communications
with Pennsylvania State University on behalf of enrollees, is $700 per
credit.
The tuition for each IHRDC Certificate Program is
specified below. Please note that registered users of IPIMS are entitled
to a discount of $100 per credit.
